Dritan Delija

Dritan Delija is the Chief Executive Officer of TEDA Tirana, bringing over 20 years of experience in public administration, international relations, and the management of strategic institutions.

Mr. Delija pursued his studies in Tirana and later in Bologna, Italy, specializing in Interpretation, Public and Institutional Relations, and Law.

He began his professional career as an adjunct lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tirana. He subsequently served for many years in the Parliament of Albania, within the Directorate of Multilateral Relations.

For nearly 12 years, he held the position of Secretary of the Permanent Delegation of the Parliament of Albania to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, where he played a key role in organizing major international events and high-level activities in Albania.

Since 2018, he has led the National Agency of Diaspora, contributing significantly to strengthening institutional and economic ties between Albania and the Albanian diaspora worldwide.

As CEO of TEDA Tirana, he is leading the development of the zone as a modern platform for investment, industry, technology, and innovation, positioning Albania as an attractive destination for international investors and sustainable economic growth.
