Steps to investing in TEDA.
Investment Application
Investors submit an initial project outline, including the planned activity, investment value, land requirements, and implementation timeline. The TEDA team reviews the application and provides initial feedback within one business day.
Project Evaluation
The project is assessed against TEDA's priority sectors, technical requirements, impact on employment, and long-term contribution to the development of the zone.
Plot Selection & Proposal
Qualified investors are invited to visit TEDA, review the available plots, infrastructure, and logistical advantages. A tailored investment proposal is then prepared.
Investment Agreement
TEDA approves the project and coordinates the plot reservation. The investor receives the investment framework, which sets out the incentives and development obligations.
Licensing & Start of Operations
TEDA provides support throughout the entire process of permits, construction, utility connections, and commissioning, all the way to the full launch of the business within the zone. TEDA Tirana offers not only investment space, but also ongoing support throughout the project's entire lifecycle.
