JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

CONTRACT EMPLOYEE

Pursuant to Law No. 7961, dated 12.07.1995, “Labour Code of the Republic of Albania” (as amended), and Decision No. 54, dated 30.05.2024, “On the Establishment of TEDA Tirana LLC as a Legal Entity Owned by the Municipality of Tirana and the Approval of its Founding Acts”, TEDA Tirana LLC announces a competitive recruitment procedure for the following vacant position:

Legal Specialist
Candidates must meet the following specific requirements:
  • Be an Albanian citizen;
  • Hold a Master’s Degree (Master of Science) in Law;
  • Be in good physical and mental health;
  • Have no criminal convictions by a final court decision;
  • Possess knowledge of drafting administrative acts and legal documents;
  • Knowledge of public administration will be considered an advantage;
  • Knowledge of a major international foreign language will be considered an advantage.
Required Documentation

Candidates must submit the following documents:

  • Application letter;
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV);
  • Copy of the Identity Card;
  • Family Certificate;
  • Notarized copy of the university diploma and transcript of records;
  • Copies of qualification certificates (if applicable);
  • Copy of the employment record book;
  • Statement explaining the reason for leaving the previous employment (if currently or previously employed);
  • Medical report;
  • Criminal Record Certificate;
  • Two passport-size photographs (2.5 × 3.5 cm).

The position for which you wish to apply will be published on the official TEDA Tirana website, on the National Agency for Employment and Skills portal, and through the e-Albania platform. The list of candidates who meet the eligibility criteria, as well as the date, venue, and exact time of the interview, will also be published.

Application documents must be submitted by post to the address of TEDA Tirana LLC:

“Ndre Mjeda” Street, Kontakt Complex, Lyra 1 Building, Service Unit 2014, Tirana,

or delivered to the counters of the Information and Citizen Services Sector, located at Kavaja Street, Building 205, Administrative Unit No. 7, near the General Directorate of Local Taxes, no later than 29 April 2026.

Candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria and specific requirements will be notified individually by the Human Resources Management Unit, including the reasons for their disqualification (info@teda.al).

Candidate Evaluation Method

Candidates will first be assessed based on the submitted documentation, including their professional experience, relevant training and qualifications, as well as positive certifications or individual performance evaluations.

During the structured oral interview, candidates will be evaluated on their knowledge, skills, competencies related to the job description, previous work experience, motivation, career aspirations, and professional expectations.

Announcement of Results and Communication

Upon completion of the evaluation process, the Human Resources Management Unit of TEDA Tirana LLC will announce the successful candidate(s) through the National Agency for Employment and Skills portal and on the public information boards of the Municipality of Tirana.

Unsuccessful candidates have the right to submit an appeal to the Human Resources Unit of the Municipality of Tirana.

The deadline for submitting an appeal is three (3) days from the date the successful candidate is announced.
