Position: Video Editor (temporary collaboration)
Location: Tirana (with remote collaboration options)

Main Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and editing of institutional promotional videos (1–3 minutes), with a focus on innovation and technology.
• Preparation of short-form versions for social media platforms.
• Adaptation of video materials into required formats for large-screen (LED) display use.
• Close collaboration with the communications team and project managers to ensure the appropriate message and visual identity are reflected.

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Proven experience in video editing, preferably in institutional contexts, events, or promotional campaigns.
• Excellent skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong creative abilities and the capacity to transform strategic messages into engaging and effective visual content.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
