The company “TEDA Tiranë” sh.p.k., pursuant to Article 7, paragraph 1/b of Law No. 162/2020 “On Public Procurement”, and Decision of the Council of Ministers (VKM) No. 1195, dated 05.08.2008 “On the purchase, development, production, and co-production of programs or advertisements for broadcast by television operators or publication in the printed media, and on contracts for broadcast time by state administration bodies,” has prepared an Invitation to Negotiation addressed to television media outlets/specialized agencies to participate in the procedure with the following scope:

“Promotion of TEDA Tirana on social networks and websites, including promotional videos filmed in six different locations in Tirana, the creation of videos and reels with animation elements, content development, and management of advertising (ADS) campaigns.”

We kindly invite you to submit your offers, which must be delivered to the office of TEDA Tiranë by television media outlets/specialized agencies no later than 17.10.2025 at 12:00 PM. Offers submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
